FAQs
Read this before reaching out
This isn’t a traditional business.
I don’t do one-size-fits-all.
But I do believe in clear expectations, clean boundaries, and honest conversations.
If you’re asking, “Is this for me?” then you’re in the right place.
FAQs
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. Though I’m technically ordained in the Church of Dudeism, I won’t unpack your childhood or prescribe meds.
This is coaching, but deeper.
We work with presence, pressures, and patterns.
If I think you need therapy, I’ll say so.
Do I need to be a CEO or executive to work with you?
Nope. Titles don’t matter here.
If you’re holding space for others — a team, a company, a family — you’re leading.
And if you’re tired of doing it on autopilot, this is for you.
Is this spiritual? Or business?
Both. It’s all life.
We talk about clarity, coherence, and energy. Sometimes altered states.
But Unlead isn’t tied to any religion, belief system, or secret doctrine.
You won’t be asked to chant, convert, or manifest your way to clarity.
What if I’m burned out and don’t know where to start?
Start by slowing down.
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means something you’ve been carrying is past its shelf life.
We’ll listen to that and figure out what wants to shift.
What do your programs cost?
I don’t post pricing because this isn’t a product. It’s a relationship.
Every engagement is bespoke.
Most start with a conversation. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you.
And I’ll point you somewhere better if I can.
Do you ever say no to clients?
Yes. Often.
If you want fast results, plug-and-play tactics, or someone to rescue your team… this isn’t it.
The work is deep, slow, and honest.
And it works — when you’re ready for it.
-
If you’re this deep into the FAQs, you’re ready for a conversation.
-
Yes. Many clients move between 1:1 work, retreats, and the online journey.
We’ll talk about what makes sense based on where you are — and what’s shifting.
-
That’s totally fine.
Then you change your mind. No pressure. No weird follow-ups. No guilt. No hard feelings.
Reaching out is a sign of alignment, not obligation.
-
This is for experienced leaders who are done pretending it’s working.
Not because they aren’t successful.
But because success started to feel hollow. Misaligned. Performed.
You’ve outgrown the frameworks, the hacks, the endless optimization.
You’re ready for something deeper.
Not more information.
Transformation.
-
Yes. I work with leadership teams, founders, and cultural field shifts inside orgs.
If your team is quietly off — or operating on autopilot — we should talk.
The deeper the alignment at the top, the more the rest of the system can shift.
-
Sometimes, yes—especially for emerging leaders or those in transition.
I believe in access. Just be honest about your situation, and we’ll go from there.
